Do I need a solicitor after this?
Many attendees can complete and sign their own Will using the guidance provided. For complex estates (businesses, multiple properties, large tax exposure) we’ll explain when it’s wise to seek a solicitor’s help.
What happens if I die without a Will?
UK intestacy law decides who inherits—usually very different from Sharīʿah. We explain the default order of distribution and the risks this creates.
Do I need any legal knowledge beforehand?
No. We start from scratch and explain every legal and Islamic term in plain English.
How often should I review my Islamic Will?
