🧠 What is this?
This isn’t just paperwork — it’s peace of mind.
The Final Plan is a guided workshop that takes you through every stage of writing a UK-compliant Islamic Will.
Learn how to ensure your estate is distributed according to Sharīʿah and UK law, so your loved ones are protected, your wealth is preserved, and your final act is an obedience to Allah.
💥 What you’ll unlock
✅ Islamic inheritance made clear
No jargon, no confusion. We break down the Qur’anic rules of inheritance and show how they interact with UK law so you know exactly who inherits — and why.
✅ Drafting your Will
Step-by-step guidance on creating a Will that is legally valid in the UK while fully Sharīʿah-compliant.
We’ll complete a detailed template together so you leave knowing how to write your own.
✅ Essential extras
– Funeral & burial wishes: ensure an Islamic burial is arranged and funded.
– Guardianship for children: appoint trusted carers for your minors.
– Inheritance-tax allowances: simple explanations to protect your estate.
– Safe storage & updates: where to keep your Will and when to review it.
🎁 What’s included
- Live teaching & Q&A – Real-world examples and the chance to ask your personal questions.
- Practical templates & checklists – Ready-to-use documents you can take home and adapt immediately.
- Executor guidance – Clear notes to help those who will carry out your wishes.
🤝 Why this matters
Without a valid Islamic Will:
- UK intestacy law decides who inherits — not the Qur’an.
- Your spouse or children may be left financially exposed.
- Probate delays and potential tax costs can drain the estate you worked so hard to build.
One evening of preparation prevents a lifetime of regret for those you love.

Frequently asked questions
Who is this workshop for?
Muslims living in the UK who want their wealth distributed according to Sharīʿah and UK law. Perfect for parents, couples, professionals, and anyone ready to protect their loved ones.
Will I leave with a completed Will?
You’ll leave with the knowledge, template, and instructions to complete your Will confidently. The session equips you to finalise and witness it correctly at home or with a solicitor.
Do I need a solicitor after this?
Many attendees can complete and sign their own Will using the guidance provided. For complex estates (businesses, multiple properties, large tax exposure) we’ll explain when it’s wise to seek a solicitor’s help.
What happens if I die without a Will?
UK intestacy law decides who inherits—usually very different from Sharīʿah. We explain the default order of distribution and the risks this creates.
Do I need any legal knowledge beforehand?
No. We start from scratch and explain every legal and Islamic term in plain English.
How often should I review my Islamic Will?
Update whenever major life changes occur—marriage, divorce, new children, or buying property—to keep it valid and in line with Sharīʿah.
What happens after the workshop?
You can finalise your Will using the provided template, store it securely, and update it whenever circumstances change. Guidance on storage options and future reviews will be covered.
