Join us for the final workshop in our Muslim Empowerment Series. This creative and reflective session will explore grief, memory, identity, resilience and collective healing through storytelling, textile-based activities and shared reflection.
Facilitated by Zahra Amber, a Kashmiri creative practitioner, cultural worker, educator and sustainable fashion designer, this workshop will create a gentle and inclusive space for participants to reflect on what we carry, what we remember, and how we make meaning after loss. Zahra’s work is rooted in heritage, craft, identity and resilience and she has facilitated creative workshops with communities across the UK and internationally.
This session is particularly intended to support Muslim communities, including people with lived experience of displacement, migration, marginalisation, bereavement or collective grief.Read less
