By attending this workshop, you will learn about:
- Muslim mental health and stigma
- Understand, recognise and identify symptoms of stress.
- Discover stress management tips using the Quran and Sunnah
- Muslim self-care

- PLEASE NOTE: The entrance to the basement is via Door G, on Little Green Lane (Morrisons side). When you enter Door G, you will see a set of stairs leading to the basement.
